By accessing workdynamix.com or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Work Dynamix provides digital services including but not limited to:

Website development
UI/UX design
Automation setup
Meta Ads management
Video editing
Funnel setup
Hosting & maintenance
Technical consulting

Scope of services will always be defined in a separate proposal or agreement.

Section 03

Payments

Pricing is defined in individual proposals
One-time projects require upfront or milestone payments
Retainers are billed monthly
Late payments may result in service suspension
Payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing

Section 04

Project Timelines

Timelines depend on client responsiveness, content delivery, and scope changes. Delays caused by lack of client communication may affect delivery dates.

Section 05

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate information
Deliver required content on time
Review and approve work promptly
Respect agreed scope

Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

Section 06

Intellectual Property

Final deliverables become the client's property after full payment
Work Dynamix reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing

Section 07

Limitation of Liability

Work Dynamix is not liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses
Business interruption
Third-party platform failures
Ad platform account suspensions

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Section 08

No Performance Guarantee

While we implement proven strategies and systems, we do not guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, or advertising results. Results vary based on market conditions, client inputs, and external factors outside our control.

Section 09

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. For retainers:

30 days' notice is required unless otherwise stated
Outstanding payments remain due upon termination

Section 10

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial laws unless otherwise agreed in a formal contract between Work Dynamix and the client.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updates. The most current version will always be available on this page.
